Pranafas Ventures Sdn. Bhd. offer returns for items which is found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. You can use this page to learn about our returns policy. Most items sold on www.pranafas.com follow our general returns policy, but some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Requirements For A Full Refund For Products
The returned goods / products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Generally, the refund will only be applicable for mechanical failure relating to cases such as faulty trigger sprayer. Pranafas has the rights to decide to replace only the trigger sprayer and subject to one time replacement.
Pranafas will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. All return costs wil be borne by the purchaser.
Any complaints must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org accompanied with relevant photographic evidence (where applicable) within 7 days of receipt. For undelivered goods, complaints can be raised within 1 month from your date of purchase.
